Hokkaido & Tohoku Cherry Blossoms Hunting 12 Days

[Sample] Hokkaido & Tohoku Cherry Blossoms Hunting 12 Days

Each country has a “national flower” that symbolizes the country, and Japan's national flower is the cherry blossom. Many foreign tourists dream of visiting Japan in the spring when these beautiful flowers are in full bloom. Cherry blossoms can be seen all over Japan, but the time of blooming varies from place to place. Generally, they bloom in order from places with higher temperatures, so they relay across the Japanese archipelago from south to north and from lower altitudes to higher altitudes. This itinerary will take you from Tokyo to Hokkaido, gradually increasing your chances of seeing beautiful cherry blossoms in full bloom. We recommend arriving in mid to late April. The itinerary is also easy to get around by private car or bus, or for individual travelers who prefer to use public transportation. A 7-day Japan Rail Pass ticket is recommended to be used from Day-3.
